Ann Hall Nutritionist:
On the 9th of January Ann Hall a nutritionist came into the school to talk us about healthy well being and nutrition. Ann started talking about Nutrition to us.
She told us about eating breakfast every morning is the most important meal of the day. She said we should eat regular meals throughout the day.
she also said we should be eating 3 portions of fruit and vegetable a day.
Ann then told us what food we need to eat and should eat every day as part of our adolescence. She told us what size plate of dinner we should eat. I was very surprised because I would eat twice the amount she said we should.
Reflection: I thought the talk was interesting and I was surprised by some of the things she said.
